We are excited to announce that on Thursday, March 19, 2026, the Clearlake Oaks County Water District approved the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) prepared by Acorn Environmental for the Water Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project. This approval marks a major step forward in upgrading the water systems for Clearlake Oaks in Lake County, California.
The project is designed to modernize the region’s water system by upgrading storage tanks to meet peak demand and modern fire-safety standards. Beyond ensuring a reliable flow for emergencies, the improvements will help the district better manage service outages, maintain strict compliance with state drinking water requirements, and streamline treatment plant operations.
