Groundbreaking Held for Clovis Golden Triangle Project

We’re excited to share that ground has officially been broken on a major new commercial development in the City of Clovis, southwest of the Clovis Avenue and Magill Avenue intersection, and Acorn Environmental is proud to have supported the project through environmental review and permitting!

The project includes new Audi, BMW, and Porsche dealerships that will anchor the broader Golden Triangle Planned Commercial Center, a 37-acre site planned for future retail, restaurant, office, and commercial development. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on May 28, marking the start of site transformation for what will become a key economic hub in the region.

Supporting Smart Growth in the Central Valley

As an infill development on a long-vacant site, the project supports efficient land use within the City’s urban boundary. Acorn Environmental provided technical support on the CEQA environmental review process, including assistance with air quality, greenhouse gas emissions, and noise evaluations, as well as support for the Indirect Source Review (ISR) application submitted to the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District.
